How to Connect PrimeHost with Slack App

Click “Communication” on the Dashboard sidebar

Click the “Add to Slack” button

Follow the steps to create a free Slack account & add PrimeHost Integration to a channel. Once you download & open Slack, enter the channel where you have invited PrimeHost Integration to join.

Click on PrimeHost and enable PrimeHost bot to the channel.

Enable PrimeHost bot by adding it to the channel:

Once the integration is done, you will start receiving messages. Click “Suggested Response” in order to open the generated reply.

You can edit any suggested reply & then simply press “Send”.
